FLASH DESIGN

17 Designs is frequently requested to develop Flash animations for a variety of clients.  Flash is a vector-based software that allows designers to manipulate images and vectors (line-drawings) visually and mathematically.  One common example is the animation of a client logo.

When Flash appeared a number of years ago there was a rush to re-design entire websites using Flash animation.  Since Flash is not well-received by search engines, we do not recommend this approach but rather encourage Flash use for website ads, banners and accent pieces.

When designed properly, Flash can add spice and interest to any website.  A variety of stock Flash subscription houses have also surfaced allowing web developers to incorporate animation which normally could take weeks to produce for a fraction of the cost.  17 Designs is comfortable in producing our own Flash designs, modifying existing FLA files or if budgets are small purchasing pre-designed animations and including them as library files.
